Both frames touch my cheeks :(

I reached out to customer service with my measurements and photo and was given recommendations to consider to fit me best. I also tested the virtual try on feature. I strongly suggest to use a computer vs. a tablet or phone. I really like the Charlie and Taylor I purchased but sadly both touch my cheeks. Please let me know if you plan to make any frames with deeper length nose pads. Still a better option by way of styles than what is out there for low bridges.
